Company selected from over 5,000 AppExchange partners at Dreamforce 2019

At Salesforce’s annual customer conference Dreamforce yesterday, SalesTrip was delighted to be awarded the annual Salesforce ‘Appy Award for Innovation’. Presented by Woodson Martin, EVP and GM of AppExchange at the Dreamforce 2019 AppExchange Keynote, the award recognises one AppExchange partner annually for their demonstration of industry innovation within the entire Salesforce ecosystem.

Selected as the winner by key Salesforce executives, the award is given to only one AppExchange solution available on Salesforce’s leading enterprise cloud marketplace. There are over 5,000 in total.

SalesTrip has been an AppExchange partner for little over 6 months and has been credited for changing the conversation around business travel with its travel booking, ticketing and expense management system built natively on Salesforce. You can read more about the company’s recent growth here.

The award was accepted by Manoj Ganapathy, Founder & CEO of SalesTrip, who was also invited to participate in the AppExchange Partner Keynote alongside Woodson Martin and Leslie Tom, SVP of AppExchange. Manoj was interviewed on stage about the challenge of business travel today and how SalesTrip is helping customers to understand and inform spend in relation to company revenues.

“We’re incredibly proud to be named the winner of the 2019 Appy Award for Innovation,” said Ganapathy. “At SalesTrip, we’re dedicated to changing business travel from an uncontrollable cost to a growth enabler whilst making it an integral part of Salesforce’s Customer 360 Platform – and this award is a great testament to the team, our partners and our incredible customers.”

“To date, there has been no solution for managing business travel and expenses on the Salesforce Platform but there is a huge demand. Recent research conducted by SalesTrip reveals that 80% of a company’s travel and expense spend is incurred by the commercial teams across a business, so those in sales, marketing and customer success roles. But these companies don’t have visibility of spend and how it contributes to their bottom line. SalesTrip provides this.”

SalesTrip is at Dreamforce 2019 all week featuring across a number of sessions. To find out more about SalesTrip’s travel and expenses system on Salesforce, watch a 3-minute run through of the system available on the AppExchange today.
