G2 calculates its Grid rankings based on a variety of factors which include ‘Ease of Use’, ‘Ease of Setup’, ‘Quality of Support’, and ‘Ease of Doing Business With’ – along with a number of feature comparisons. Facilitated by its global review platform that has almost one million independent and authenticated reviews, it brings transparency to software-buying for organisations from start-up to enterprise.
